One more holiday to go this year! It’s time for New Year’s. And New Year’s means lots and lots of champagne. And house parties with finger food. Finger food is my ultimate favorite. I had lots of finger food on Christmas Eve. Artichoke dip that’s completely not paleo? Yes please. Surprisingly, I haven’t had many sweets over this holiday. Just been craving salty finger food. So I’m going to celebrate one last night with finger food before cleaning up my diet for the new year. Boo. Cleaning up the diet is never as fun as just eating whatever you want. Hope these paleo finger foods can keep your decisions healthy on New Year’s Eve! Let’s start off the New Year feeling amazing!

OMG. (no pun intended) those brownie batter pancake skewers can get in my tummy.

I have failed twice due to not having time to cook, for real no time… 4 kids, night shift critical care nurse, in college blah blah. I am attempting again… my goal this time is cooking crazy amounts of food twice a month. Thanks for the recipes but really… please just come over and cook it for me. wah!

I love you – in a purely platonic way of course………..your smile is infectious, your banter is hilarious, always makes me smile. Thanks for the recipes, I am slowly convincing my family that bacon is good for you!

That does it. We’re too lame to go out and our apartment is too small to host a party, but damn it if I’m not going to throw a little appetizer soiree for myself 😀 Meatballs and mason jar cake, here I come!
