Oh, Hi! I’m Juli.
I’m a food hoarder. And a really bad dancer. If you don’t know me well, you will probably not understand my humor. Therefore, I apologize ahead of time. Thanks for listening to my ramblings of my ever-changing life and trusting my kitchen mishaps. Your trust in me is appreciated.

You’re amazing!
Thanks so much for posting this!! Discovered your website recently and this is a great list of dishes to try. Can’t wait to try the Mexican-inspired burgers!
I love this blog ~~ finally able to do some great paleo recipes my fam will eat … and I really enjoy your fun spirit and sharing. Thanks!!
I made these once last 4th of July and they were delicious! the only thing I didn’t care for so much was the crust. So I just made a pecan crust and I made the keylime version of this recipe, so I had keylime bars this time. They were exceptional!!!! Everybody ate them, no one but me eats paleo. Thanks Julie for being so damn creative!!!!!
I made the Herb crusted Salmon tonight and watermelon mint salad for a side. The meal was delicious and I was very surprised how well the watermelon, mint and cucumber went together. Thank you for always sharing your wonderful meals.
Hi Juli,
I love your blog. I tried contacting you on FaceBook. I will be driving though Denver on Monday for a road trip back east. I would love to get a signed copy of your cook book from you. Is this at all possible? Please let me know. I am an avid tester of your recipes and love reading your blog. -Soren Estvold

I made the Watermelon Mint Salad for a 4th of July pool party for my non-paleo friends. They loved it and all asked for the recipe! Great job!
What could be more pleasurable than seeing all these mouth watering recipes in the same post. Thanks so much Juli!
Thank you sooo much for this list! I am having a BBQ this weekend and had no idea what to make!
My brother has been told he has to make lifestyle changes for his health. He is very overweight. i was able to use this list to make a sampling of dishes to convince him you could eat paleo……and still eat great food! Thank you for that!
